12-week fitness transformation challenge

LIMITED TO SIX SPOTS. 

Train for 12 weeks with me, and if you don’t achieve at least three out of five of the below quantifiable fitness measures by the end of the period, I will give all your money back! 

The five measures will be assessed during the initial evaluation including

  • Lean Body Mass (measured via InBody Scan) 

  • Body Fat Mass (measured via InBody Scan) 

  • Cardiopulmonary Fitness

  • Mobility & Flexibility

  • Strength 

This challenge is designed to provide you with everything you need to succeed, including your own body composition analysis, personalized workout plan, a complimentary supplement, meal and cardio plan to help you fuel your body for success!

To be eligible for the challenge 

  • You must train at least three time a week in-person training for 12 weeks AND 

  • You have a gym membership or

  • You don’t have a gym membership but have access to cardio machines (e.g. bike or treadmill) AND 

  • You are 100% committed (mentally & financially) towards investing in your fitness and health
