Step 01: Free Strategy Call
The first step is a video-based strategy call to determine whether online coaching is the right fit. We'll review your training history, injury considerations, goals, equipment access and schedule. This is a screening conversation to confirm fit–not a pressure based sales call.
Step 02: Remote Movement Screen
Movement assessment is completed via video. Proper camera positioning allows evaluation of key movement patterns, joint positioning, and compensations that influence exercise selection and progression.
Step 03: Structured Programming & Weekly Live Check-Ins
Training is delivered through a private coaching app. You complete workouts on your own schedule and log feedback after each session. Weekly video check-ins review performance, recovery and progress with programming adjustments made accordingly. You can message anytime with questions about exercises, form or training decisions.
